Associate Director, New Products – Virginia Marketing

About the role

We are looking for an Associate Director to lead new product initiatives for our Virginia Marketing team. In this cross‑functional position you will work closely with product, design, engineering, and customer support to turn customer insights into market‑ready solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and analyse customer feedback through interviews, surveys and support data to shape product marketing strategy.
• Develop and execute go‑to‑market plans, owning roadmaps for product adoption and customer experience.
• Lead the launch of new products and features, coordinating cross‑functional teams.
• Design and run end‑to‑end marketing campaigns, from strategy and creative brief to performance reporting.
• Conduct market research, aggregate internal and external data, and maintain dashboards and visual reports for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing and analytics teams to define data requirements and align with strategic goals.
• Apply statistical techniques and predictive modelling to forecast trends and campaign outcomes.
• Support the Product Strategy Manager in preparing presentations, reports and business cases for senior leadership.
• Promote safety, quality and continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in market research and data‑driven decision making.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively across product, design, engineering and support functions.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers and internal stakeholders.
