Associate Attorney – Corporate, M&A & Litigation

About the role

We are a nationally recognized Am Law 50 firm seeking experienced associate attorneys to join our high‑performing transactional, financial, corporate and commercial litigation teams across multiple U.S. offices.

Key responsibilities

• Handle complex corporate, M&A, private‑equity, commercial litigation, labor & employment, real‑estate, tax, and healthcare matters for Fortune 500 and private‑equity clients.
• Draft, negotiate and review high‑value agreements, pleadings, motions and other legal documents.
• Provide strategic legal advice and maintain direct client communication throughout matters.
• Collaborate with cross‑office and cross‑practice teams to deliver integrated solutions.
• Participate in mentorship programs and contribute to firm‑wide knowledge sharing.

Required profile

• 3–6 years of relevant attorney experience in one of the listed practice areas.
• Experience at an Am Law 200 firm or another respected regional/national platform.
• J.D. from a top‑tier law school with strong academic credentials.
• Proven track record handling sophisticated, high‑value matters.
