Associate Analyst – Health Policy Implementation

About the role

As an Associate Analyst for Health Policy Implementation, you will help launch a program aimed at improving chronic disease prevention and management for Medicare beneficiaries. Working closely with senior project staff, you will engage stakeholders, process applications, onboard recipients, and provide technical assistance.

Key responsibilities

• Support stakeholder engagement, application processing, recipient onboarding, and technical assistance activities.
• Draft and maintain recipient‑facing communications such as e‑newsletters, FAQs, guidance documents, and virtual event content.
• Assist in planning, coordinating, and documenting webinars, office hours, and other virtual stakeholder events.
• Track and analyze recipient inquiries, identify common themes, and help update communication and technical assistance materials.
• Conduct background research and landscape analyses to inform engagement and communication strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in public health, health policy, public policy or a related field.
• At least one year of relevant experience in stakeholder engagement, communications, or program implementation.
• Strong written communication, organization, and project coordination skills.
• U.S. work authorization and ability to obtain clearance for HHS information systems; active credentials for CMS systems preferred.
