Donor Coordinator I – Egg Donation

About the role

The Donor Coordinator I – Egg Donation supports CooperSurgical’s fertility programs by managing the logistical and administrative aspects of egg donor cycles. Working onsite in Rockville, MD, you will ensure smooth coordination between donors, clinics, and internal teams to facilitate successful reproductive outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate all phases of egg donor cycles, including scheduling, documentation, and follow‑up.
• Maintain accurate donor records and ensure compliance with regulatory and ethical standards.
• Liaise with clinical staff, laboratories, and external partners to align timelines and requirements.
• Provide clear communication and support to donors throughout the process.
• Track and manage inventory of donor materials and related supplies.
• Prepare reports and assist with quality‑control initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a health‑care or related field.
• Previous experience in reproductive medicine, clinical coordination, or donor program administration.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Knowledge of relevant regulatory guidelines is preferred.
