Egg Donor Inventory Coordinator

About the role

The Egg Donor Inventory Coordinator supports CooperSurgical’s fertility division by managing the inventory of egg donor materials and related supplies. This position ensures accurate tracking, timely replenishment, and compliance with regulatory standards to facilitate smooth assisted reproductive procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain up‑to‑date records of egg donor inventory, including tracking of samples, kits, and related consumables.
• Coordinate with procurement, laboratory, and clinical teams to forecast demand and place orders.
• Perform regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with FDA and other regulatory requirements for storage and handling.
• Generate inventory reports and support data analysis for operational planning.
• Assist in the development and improvement of inventory management processes.
