About the role

Northeastern University’s Division of Enrollment Management seeks a dynamic, strategic leader to serve as Assistant Vice President of Strategic Enrollment Initiatives. Reporting to the Chief Enrollment Officer and Head of Global Expansion, this senior position drives the execution of the division’s most critical initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and oversee the strategic execution of enrollment initiatives, turning vision into reality across a complex, matrixed organization.
• Lead a high‑performing team of Senior Directors and Directors responsible for enrollment technology systems, budget management, and contractual support.

Required profile

• 8–10 years of progressive leadership experience in enrollment management, higher‑education administration, or a closely related field.
• Proven success leading complex, cross‑functional initiatives in a large, dynamic institution.
