Join the West Broadway stand‑alone store as an Assistant Store Manager, supporting daily operations and motivating the team to exceed sales and operational goals.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional customer service experience.
- Support opening and closing procedures.
- Inspire the team to consistently meet sales targets.
- Delegate duties to ensure high‑standard, timely completion.
- Assist management in achieving store KPIs.
Required profile
- Previous experience in premium or luxury retail.
- Proven supervisory and team‑guiding abilities.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational and decision‑making skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
