About the role
Join Reiss at our flagship West Broadway store as a Sales Manager. You will support the management team, motivate staff to hit targets and ensure a safe, efficient store environment.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver a premium, genuine and tailored customer service experience that exceeds expectations.
- Inspire and guide the team with dedication, integrity and warmth.
- Drive sales by monitoring KPIs and leading by example.
- Collaborate with store leadership to cascade the business plan.
- Provide in‑depth product knowledge to customers and staff.
- Support store operations, conduct team briefs and contribute to meetings.
- Assist store management with team development.
Required profile
- Previous experience supervising a team.
- Strong background in a customer‑facing role, ideally within a premium or luxury environment.
- Ability to guide, coach and adapt to changing priorities.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational and decision‑making skills.
- Thrives in a fast‑paced retail setting and performs well under pressure.
