Assistant Store Manager – Rockridge

About the role

The Assistant Store Manager leads the Rockridge Boba Guys location, ensuring exceptional hospitality and meeting financial targets. This role involves coaching staff, overseeing daily operations, and maintaining brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, inspire, and retain Bobaristas and Shift Leads through coaching, feedback, and training.
• Model hospitality for guests, uphold company values, and act on guest feedback.
• Manage day‑to‑day store operations to achieve financial and operational goals.
• Create efficient schedules, maintain inventory, and ensure timely ordering.
• Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising, including monthly deep cleanings.
• Protect assets by following safety, health, security, and cash‑handling policies.
• Lead seasonal promotions, training, and execution.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of retail management or supervisory experience.
• Proven ability to lead a team of up to 20 members.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, time‑management, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work full‑time up to 40 hours, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Legal eligibility to work in the United States.
• Physical ability to lift up to 40 lb, stand for shifts, and navigate stairs or ladders.
