Assistant Store Manager

About the role

The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in daily operations, driving sales, delivering exceptional customer service, and improving operational efficiency in an AT&T retail location.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with merchandising, product launches, and meeting sales objectives.
• Coach and develop a team of retail sales consultants to achieve service and sales goals.
• Conduct outreach and promotional activities, including off‑site events.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on initiatives that extend beyond the store.

Required profile

• Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry.
• Prior management experience with strong planning, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Strategic perspective and ability to champion change.

Required skills

• Familiarity with wireless terminology and industry trends.
• Knowledge of AT&T mobility systems.

• Base salary $57,000‑$85,600 plus $18,000 commission (total target $75,000‑$103,600).
