Assistant Store Manager (Full-Time)

About the role

Reformation is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in delivering an elevated, sustainability‑focused customer experience at its Soho location. This full‑time role requires a flexible schedule and a commitment to the brand’s climate‑positive mission.

Key responsibilities

• Measure and monitor sales performance, taking corrective action to meet store goals.
• Drive an exceptional client experience, acting as a brand ambassador and educating customers on sustainability.
• Lead the sales floor, coach team members in real time, and ensure consistent customer service.
• Schedule staff effectively to balance sales and service while meeting payroll targets.
• Maintain inventory accuracy, oversee loss‑prevention training, and support operational execution to achieve revenue targets.
• Uphold high Net Promoter Score (NPS) standards and ensure store cleanliness and maintenance.

Required profile

• Available to work a minimum of 40 hours per week with daily open availability across a 7‑day work week.
• Flexible to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays as business needs dictate.
• Reports directly to the Store Manager and collaborates closely with the retail team.
