Experienced Service Advisor – $65k-$100k

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our growing service department at Honda of Harvey. In this full‑time, on‑site position you will be the primary point of contact for customers, helping them maintain their vehicles according to manufacturer guidelines while delivering a high‑quality service experience.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct walk‑around inspections of customer vehicles and accurately record service needs on repair orders.
• Communicate service recommendations based on inspection results, service history and manufacturer guidelines.
• Act as liaison between technicians and customers, ensuring clear information flow.
• Verify completed work, perform final vehicle inspections and deliver vehicles to customers.
• Process warranty claims and ensure compliance with manufacturer requirements.
• Support department goals by promoting labor, parts and accessory sales.

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer‑focused attitude.
• Ability to handle customer concerns calmly and redirect frustrations.
• Professional appearance and strong organizational abilities.
• Outgoing, friendly personality with a passion for automotive service.

Required skills

• Technical certification or manufacturer training (preferred).
