Assistant Producer – Travel Deals

About the role

Travelzoo is looking for an Assistant Producer to join its Production team in New York. The role supports the end‑to‑end process of discovering, evaluating and publishing travel deals that are recommended to members. You will work closely with sales, clients and publishers to ensure the best offers reach our audience.

Key responsibilities

• Research and assess travel offers to determine their value and suitability for members.
• Write concise recommendations and present them to publishers for approval.
• Test‑book deals, monitor performance and make data‑driven adjustments.
• Collaborate with sales colleagues to develop and grow client relationships.
• Track deal performance metrics and provide regular reporting.

Required profile

• University degree, preferably in Journalism, Advertising, Communications or Marketing.
• Strong work ethic, sound judgement and ability to work independently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with presentation skills.
• Fluency in a language other than English and experience living abroad is a plus.
• Passion for travel and personal experience booking trips.
