About the role
Virgin Hotels is looking for an enthusiastic Assistant Front Desk Manager to help create memorable experiences for guests and teammates alike. You will act as a culture carrier, ensuring the daily operations of the front desk run smoothly while fostering a fun, supportive environment.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee check‑in and check‑out processes, delivering warm, personalized service.
- Lead, coach, and schedule front desk team members.
