Assistant Director of Admissions

About the role

The Assistant Director of Admissions will lead operational activities that support the College’s enrollment goals. Reporting to the Director of Admissions, you will ensure prospective and incoming students receive high‑quality service from inquiry through enrollment.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the Director to oversee admissions operations for new, returning, transfer, and prospective students.
• Develop and assess recruitment strategies that drive enrollment and support retention and completion targets.
• Collaborate with academic and administrative units to align enrollment initiatives with student‑success goals.
• Analyze enrollment data and trends to identify improvement opportunities.
• Provide operational support across campus locations to ensure timely application processing and issue resolution.

Required profile

• Strong organizational, leadership, and analytical abilities.
• Student‑centered mindset with a collaborative approach.
• Experience in higher‑education admissions or enrollment management.

Required skills

• Familiarity with admissions‑related CRM and analytics platforms.
• Ability to develop automated workflows and communication campaigns.
• Competence in training staff on technology tools.
