Assistant Account Executive

About the role

Arc, the creative engine within Publicis's group of commerce agencies, is hiring Assistant Account Executives in Chicago. They are partners to internal cross-functional teams, supporting the details and execution of client work in a collaborative environment. The role sits at the interface between client and team, handling status documents, approvals and project timelines.

Key responsibilities

• Support the account team on day-to-day requests and own all status documents for internal and client-facing teams.
• Act as liaison between client and team, delivering relevant information, securing feedback and approvals, and routing matters through legal, regulatory and other stakeholders.
• Assist with developing and monitoring project timelines.
• Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns in line with the client's broader marketing strategy.

Required profile

• 0-1 years of equivalent work or digital marketing internship experience.
• Extremely detail-oriented, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to balance and prioritize multiple projects at once.
• Strong work ethic and dedication to quality work for team and clients.
• Enjoys collaborating across multi-disciplinary teams and speaks up confidently.
