Area Manager – Cardiovascular MedTech (Tyler, TX & Shreveport, LA)

About the role

We are looking for an Area Manager to lead the growth of our cardiovascular MedTech portfolio across the Tyler, Texas and Shreveport, Louisiana territory. The role focuses on promoting the Impella® product line to physicians and heart teams, driving market adoption and improving patient outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell the Impella® product portfolio to established customers, including interventional cardiologists, cardiac surgeons and hospital administrators.
• Identify and activate new customers and centers, expanding the market footprint.
• Develop and execute account and territory business plans to exceed sales targets.
• Attend procedures, provide clinical guidance and training to physicians and staff.
• Lead clinical development activities that raise product awareness and support adoption.

Required profile

• Advanced knowledge of interventional cardiology and heart‑recovery therapies.
• Proven sales track record in medical device or cardiovascular markets.
• Strong business acumen and ability to build trusted relationships with clinical teams.
• Leadership and training capabilities grounded in integrity and professionalism.
