Architect Team Lead

About the role

We are seeking a senior professional to lead construction project teams across multifamily residential and commercial developments. This full‑time remote position allows you to own project delivery from start to finish while collaborating with diverse stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams on residential and commercial building projects, including condominiums, offices, medical facilities, and car dealerships.
• Manage the drafting workstream, oversee 3D modeling and construction document production, and prepare permit and CD packages.
• Identify, assess, and proactively manage project risks, escalating issues and proposing solutions.
• Maintain clear project records, reporting, and QA/QC workflows to ensure quality and timely delivery.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in project management, team leadership, or coordination within construction.
• Proven track record delivering projects across multiple building typologies.
• Advanced English proficiency and strong communication skills for remote team leadership.
• Deep understanding of construction processes from schematic design through construction documents.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Revit.
• Advanced proficiency in Bluebeam.
• Hands‑on experience with concrete, wood framing, and steel framing systems.
