Appointment Setter (Remote)

About the role

SG Services is a B2B sales development and lead generation company based in Arlington, Virginia, offering appointment setting, outbound prospecting, lead generation and sales development. It is hiring motivated, results-driven Appointment Setters for its fully remote team. The role helps businesses connect with potential customers and generate new revenue opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound prospecting through email, LinkedIn and other digital outreach channels
• Identify and engage decision-makers across multiple industries
• Schedule qualified sales appointments for clients and sales teams
• Follow approved outreach strategies and messaging campaigns
• Maintain accurate records and activity tracking in CRM systems
• Achieve and exceed appointment-setting and productivity goals
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve campaign performance and lead quality

Required profile

• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
• Reliable internet connection and dedicated workspace
• Preferred: experience in appointment setting, lead generation, sales development, customer service, telemarketing, virtual assistance or outbound prospecting

Required skills

• Computer with at least 8GB RAM and an Intel i3 processor (or equivalent)
• Internet speed of at least 30 Mbps and a backup internet connection
• Backup computer or device available for technical issues
• Preferred: familiarity with LinkedIn, CRM systems and sales engagement platforms
