Applications Support Manager (Remote, US)

About the role

The Applications Support Manager is a senior leadership position reporting directly to the President. The role oversees the processing schedule for all jobs and ensures the uptime of SaaS systems while leading a growing team of technical support specialists.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of production technical support specialists.
• Create and maintain production and QA workflows, including onboarding of new applications and updates.
• Manage the processing schedule for all jobs and guarantee timely delivery of output files to customers.
• Keep production software up to date and troubleshoot workflow and application processing issues.
• Coordinate with IT, QA, and development teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Define, track, and report on KPIs, executive dashboards, and maturity assessments.
• Drive continuous‑improvement initiatives based on data insights.
• Implement capacity‑planning processes and manage outage communications.

Required profile

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in information systems, technical support, or enterprise applications management.
• Proven ability to build and scale governance frameworks and operational standards.
• Strong analytical capabilities with experience defining and tracking performance metrics.
• Executive‑level communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
