Senior Appian Developer

About the role

Atlas Technologies is looking for a Senior Appian Certified Developer to design and implement complex process‑automation solutions that connect the Appian low‑code platform with PeopleSoft ERP. The role is fully remote and supports a small amount of travel.

Key responsibilities

• Design and configure Connected Systems and Integration Objects to consume PeopleSoft web services (REST/SOAP).
• Architect Custom Data Types and Record Types that map to PeopleSoft’s Oracle schemas.
• Develop end‑to‑end process models that trigger PeopleSoft actions such as onboarding, approvals, and procurement updates.
• Create Appian Web APIs for real‑time data pushes from PeopleSoft.
• Build SAIL forms and dashboards that aggregate data from multiple systems.
• Implement secure handshakes using OAuth 2.0, SAML, or certificate‑based authentication.

Required profile

• 5+ years of hands‑on Appian experience (version 24.x or higher).
• U.S. citizenship with a Public Trust or DoD clearance and ability to obtain/maintain DoD Secret clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent.
• Appian Certified Senior/Lead Developer and Security+ CE (or equivalent DoD 8570) certification.

Required skills

• Appian platform expertise, including Data Fabric.
• Advanced SQL/PLSQL for Oracle databases.
• REST, SOAP, JSON, XML web‑service development.
• OAuth 2.0, SAML, certificate‑based security.
• Java or JavaScript for custom plugins.
• PeopleSoft Integration Broker and Component Interfaces knowledge.
