Analytics Product Management Lead

About the role

The Analytics Product Management Lead owns and drives the full product lifecycle for a portfolio of analytics solutions supporting the Access to Care domain at Ochsner. Partnering with operational, clinical, and executive leaders, the role defines vision, strategy, roadmap, and priorities, translating business objectives into scalable analytics products.

Key responsibilities

• Drive product prioritization, definition, and roadmap for multiple digital and telemedicine analytics products.
• Conduct market research, usability studies, and focus groups to benchmark solutions and solve customer problems.
• Write business cases, influence leadership investment decisions, and use metrics to guide portfolio decisions.
• Present complex data and product stories to senior leaders and external stakeholders.
• Identify and remove barriers to product scale and ensure continuous improvement.

Required profile

• 6+ years of experience in analytics, product management, healthcare operations, or related fields.
• Proven track record leading the product lifecycle for 2‑3 large products from vision to launch and measurement.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Effective problem‑solving, time‑management, and ability to work under tight deadlines.
