AI-First Marketing Generalist & Agent Manager

About the role

Harmony is looking for an AI‑First Marketing Generalist & Agent Manager to lead its AI‑driven marketing workforce. Based in New York City, you will work closely with the CMO and a team of AI agents to own paid‑media execution, brand‑creative production, and continuous improvement of the agents.

Key responsibilities

• Direct the paid‑media AI agent across search, social, display, video and retargeting, handling creative concepts, landing pages, testing and performance analytics.
• Transform weekly paid‑media reports into actionable decisions on budget allocation, creative optimisation and channel scaling.
• Produce AI‑first brand and content assets such as webinar decks, email copy, trade‑show materials, and social‑media posts for LinkedIn, Twitter, Meta, YouTube and the company blog.
• Write, refine and iterate prompts and instructions for marketing agents to improve their output quality and relevance.
• Collaborate with the CMO and cross‑functional teams to ensure marketing output aligns with overall strategy.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing paid‑media campaigns across multiple channels.
• Strong copy‑writing and visual storytelling abilities, with a focus on rapid, AI‑augmented production.
• Analytical mindset capable of interpreting spend, CPL and pipeline contribution metrics.
• Comfort working in a fast‑moving, AI‑centric environment and iterating on agent instructions.
