AI Analyst – Business Transformation

About the role

Pixi is building practical AI capabilities to improve decision‑making and customer service across the business. The AI Analyst will translate business problems into reliable, AI‑enabled solutions that deliver measurable value.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Finance, Operations, Marketing, Sales and Marketplace teams to map processes, capture requirements and design AI‑driven workflows.
• Translate ambiguous problems into structured specifications, business rules and measurable outcomes.
• Develop and maintain data pipelines, clean and reconcile data from multiple sources, and create repeatable reporting processes.
• Build dashboards and reporting tools that provide trusted, actionable insights.
• Run AI office hours, train employees on new tools, and produce SOPs, user guides and hand‑over documentation.
• Identify recurring automation opportunities and feed them back to the AI Transformation team.

Required profile

• Strong functional understanding of finance, operations, marketing or sales processes.
• Ability to work directly with business users, clarify requirements and prioritize work based on value and risk.
• Experience cleaning, structuring and validating messy data sets.
• Comfortable communicating technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel for data manipulation and reporting.
• Data cleaning and preparation techniques.
• Dashboard creation and visualization tools.
