Agency Enablement Specialist

About the role

Centerfield is seeking an Agency Enablement Specialist to support its Medicare business operations. You will act as the bridge between sales agents, quality, operations, and customers, ensuring compliance, licensing, and high‑quality interactions.

Key responsibilities

• Guide agents through onboarding, licensing, and contracting with major Medicare carriers and manage credential verification across multiple states.
• Audit inbound and outbound calls for compliance with Medicare/CMS guidelines, identify risk themes, and provide remediation feedback.
• Conduct proactive member outreach, welcome calls, and support inquiries on benefits, provider look‑ups, and billing issues.
• Support seasonal initiatives such as AEP, C‑SNP verification, and high‑volume carrier contracting spikes while maintaining accurate records in CRM systems.

Required profile

• Strong experience in Medicare sales, operations, or retention with knowledge of CMS guidelines.
• Active health‑insurance license and Medicare certification, with ability to obtain reciprocity across states.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to shift between licensing, QA, and customer‑facing tasks.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with agents, carriers, and consumers.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM platforms such as Zendesk.
• Proficiency in spreadsheet tools for data tracking.
• Ability to navigate carrier portals and multi‑state licensing systems.
