Adult Respiratory Therapist (CRT or RRT) – Full‑Time

About the role

Provide respiratory care treatment, oxygen services, diagnostic testing and ventilation support to in‑patients and out‑patients across the lifespan. Perform therapeutic procedures, monitor and wean patients from oxygen therapy and artificial ventilation, and report arterial blood gases and EKGs.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine and advanced therapeutic procedures according to policy.
• Review, document, and communicate clinical information for each patient.
• Educate patients and co‑workers on procedures and treatment plans.
• Conduct diagnostic procedures and assist with artificial airway changes.

Required profile

• Current state license as a Respiratory Therapist.
• National Board certification as a Registered Respiratory Therapist.
• Basic Life Support certification; Advanced Cardiac Life Support to be obtained within 90 days of hire.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, holidays, and on‑call.

Required skills

• Computer proficiency for data entry and retrieval.
• Experience with Windows‑style applications and role‑specific software.
• Effective verbal and written communication.
