About the role
We are looking for a detail‑oriented Administrative Support professional to handle data entry and maintain accurate records for our organization. This remote position supports our digital transformation initiatives and offers the chance to develop solid office and data‑management experience.
Key responsibilities
- Input, update, and maintain data across multiple databases and CRM systems with high accuracy.
- Perform order entry, data collection, transcription, and basic math calculations to verify data.
- Create and manage spreadsheets, including pivot tables, to organize data and generate reports.
- Maintain filing systems and ensure proper documentation for easy retrieval.
- Support general administrative tasks such as typing, file organization, and data integrity checks.
- Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines on data‑related projects.
Required profile
- Proven experience in data entry, clerical work, or administrative support.
- Strong typing skills with high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Basic math skills for verifying data accuracy.
- Familiarity with databases, CRM systems, and order‑entry processes is highly desirable.
