About the role
The Administrative Coordinator II provides essential administrative support to the Health Education and Promotion unit within Student Life. This position helps advance student mental health and well‑being through workshop scheduling, budget tracking, inventory management, and other related tasks.
Key responsibilities
- Provide email, file, and calendar management for the unit.
- Field phone calls and emails, screen inquiries, and refer stakeholders to appropriate university offices.
- Maintain fiscal, administrative, and confidential academic records.
- Coordinate meetings, seminars, special events, and related travel logistics.
- Manage equipment inventory and order supplies as needed.
- Support program operations by scheduling facilities and researching administrative requirements.
- Assist with budget monitoring, assessment reporting, and workshop tracking.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
- Proactive, independent judgment and initiative.
- Commitment to supporting student health and well‑being.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
