About the role
Vornado Realty Trust is seeking a highly organized Administrative Assistant to support its Development and Construction teams. The role provides comprehensive administrative, scheduling, and project coordination across complex Class A office, mixed‑use, and high‑street retail projects.
Key responsibilities
- Answer, route, and track incoming departmental calls.
- Manage calendars for team members and coordinate internal, inter‑departmental, and external meetings.
- Schedule meetings with architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, and joint‑venture partners.
- Coordinate site visits, construction walkthroughs, and retail tours.
- Book domestic and international business travel.
- Maintain and organize the shared drive, including drawings, specifications, contracts, budgets, and schedules.
- File and track executed agreements in internal systems such as BizFlow.
- Maintain project trackers for key milestones, zoning processes, permitting, procurement, and construction timelines.
Required profile
- Detail‑oriented and resourceful with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Professional discretion and strong communication skills.
- Experience interfacing with internal departments and external partners.
