ACH/Wire Payments Product Consultant

About the role

Infosys is seeking an ACH/Wire Payments Product Consultant to lead project delivery for its Financial Services clients in Charlotte, NC. The role combines product management, domain expertise in payments, and coordination between technical teams and customers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project timelines, identify resource gaps and ensure on‑time delivery.
• Serve as primary liaison between client stakeholders and technical delivery teams, conducting regular status meetings and milestone reviews.
• Support functional teams with advisory and consulting activities, including product evaluation, benchmarking and system configuration for payments solutions.
• Monitor deliverables across all project phases, guaranteeing quality standards and stakeholder expectations are met.

• Governance experience over project scope and identification of additional opportunities.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience in the Payments domain, specifically ACH and wire transfers.
• Familiarity with ISO/SWIFT messaging standards.
• Experience creating product features and writing user stories.
• Knowledge of requirement analysis and the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
