About the role
Join Nomics, a cloud‑based data platform delivering normalized financial data on tokenized assets. As an Accounts Receivable Associate you will manage all receivable transactions, working with internal teams and external customers to ensure accurate and timely processing.
Key responsibilities
- Raise customer sales orders and invoices in line with company policies.
- Proactively contact customers via phone or email to secure timely payments.
- Maintain the accounts receivable ledger and handle audit queries.
- Use and learn a variety of software tools, including PandaDoc, Missive and Google Sheets.
Required profile
- Strong back‑office operations skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across cross‑functional teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
Required skills
- PandaDoc (invoicing tool)
- Missive (email collaboration)
- Advanced Google Sheets
- Familiarity with crypto wallets and crypto accounting
