About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Accounts Payable Coordinator to manage day‑to‑day AP tasks and provide occasional HR/administrative support. The ideal candidate enjoys working with numbers, processes and people, and can multitask across finance and basic HR duties.

Key responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate financial records using Advantage accounting software.
  • Process invoices, track payments and reconcile credit‑card and vendor accounts on a monthly basis.
  • Assist with follow‑up on outstanding invoices as needed.
  • Provide general administrative support to leadership or HR, including vendor coordination and internal communications.

Required profile

  • 0‑2 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
  • Effective communication skills for interacting with employees and vendors.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
