Corporate Controller – Fast‑Growing CPG Company

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on Corporate Controller to own and evolve our accounting function end‑to‑end. You will work directly with executive leadership in a high‑visibility position, shaping financial strategy for a rapidly scaling consumer‑goods brand.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a streamlined, accurate month‑end close across multiple entities.
• Build and refine cost accounting practices for a diverse brand portfolio.
• Partner with operations and supply chain to illuminate margins, cost drivers, and performance.
• Own the full annual audit cycle and manage external auditor relationships.
• Design strong, scalable internal controls and standardize processes.
• Identify and mitigate financial risk proactively.
• Lead, coach, and grow the accounting team.
• Assess and enhance financial systems, drive automation, and improve data accuracy.
• Serve as a strategic thought partner to the CFO on growth planning, risk management, and long‑term strategy.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA required.
• 8+ years of progressive accounting and finance leadership experience.
• Background in CPG, manufacturing, or multi‑entity environments.
• Strong command of GAAP and cost accounting principles.
• Proven track record building or scaling accounting processes and controls.
• Experience with ERP systems and modern financial tools.
• Willingness to travel up to 30%.
