Accountant – Full Cycle Finance Position

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Permanent Accountant to join our fast‑paced finance team. You will manage end‑to‑end accounting operations, support budgeting and forecasting, and ensure compliance with tax and reporting requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee billing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, cost and inventory accounting, and revenue recognition.
• Prepare weekly and monthly financial reports and perform bank and credit‑card reconciliations.
• Coordinate budget preparation, financial forecasts, and variance analysis.
• Manage local, state, and federal tax filings and reporting obligations.
• Develop and document accounting policies to strengthen internal controls.
• Execute timely month‑end, quarter‑end, and year‑end close processes.
• Maintain ledger accuracy and assist in the preparation of financial statements.
• Analyze financial data for discrepancies and advise the CFO.
• Review inter‑company transactions and generate necessary invoices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• CPA or CMA designation preferred.
• 5+ years of combined accounting and finance experience, including supervisory or controller roles.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax preparation, and financial statement creation.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with accounting software.
• Experience with general ledger functions and month‑end/year‑end close processes.
