Account Supervisor, Experiential

About the role

Team One, Publicis Groupe's integrated media, digital and communications agency, is hiring an Account Supervisor on its Experiential team in Los Angeles. The role services the Western Area Lexus client and drives the day-to-day execution of experiential initiatives, builds client and partner relationships and translates regional strategies into brand experiences. The ideal candidate has a proactive mindset, keeps projects organized and communicates clearly.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage current Lexus experiential initiatives and partnerships in the Western Area, including sports marketing, culinary programs, music, performing arts and auto enthusiast events.
• Develop strategies supporting Lexus sales plans, vehicle launches and retail initiatives.
• Research and share competitive activity with internal teams and clients.
• Maintain strong relationships with current partners so partnership objectives and sponsorship benefits are met, and with multiple Lexus clients.
• Present experiential strategy, recommendations, execution, recaps and metrics to Lexus clients.
• Work with account management, media planning, creative development and strategy teams, and with leadership on operational efficiency, asset tracking and project management.

Required profile

• Marketing professional with 5-7 years of event- or sports-related experience.
• Bachelor's degree required (Business, Marketing, Sport Management, Advertising or Communications preferred).
• Highly organized, with strong presentation skills and excellent time management and attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% across the Western United States and to work nights and weekends for live events.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Photoshop is a plus but not required.

• Pay range of USD 75,050 to 115,024 per year, depending on skills and experience.
