Account Manager – Client Services

About the role

NationsBenefits is seeking an early‑career Client Services Manager to act as the primary point of contact for health plan partners, ensuring seamless program delivery and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day relationships with assigned health plan partners, leading regular check‑ins, performance reviews, and status updates.
• Monitor operational performance of client programs, ensuring timely delivery of benefits, reporting, and member communications.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance client experience and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Operations, IT, Product, Finance) to resolve issues and align on deliverables.
• Analyze program data, prepare monthly reports, quarterly business reviews, and provide actionable insights.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Data Analytics or related field.
• 1‑3 years of experience in client services, account management or program management, preferably in healthcare or insurance.
• Strong organizational, communication and presentation skills with ability to work independently and in cross‑functional teams.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word).
• Experience with data visualization and reporting tools such as Excel PivotTables, VLOOKUP, Power BI.
• Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence or similar project‑management tools.
