Associate Account Manager

About the role

NationsBenefits is seeking an Associate Account Manager with 1‑3 years of experience to serve as the primary contact for health plan partners, ensuring smooth program delivery and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day relationships with assigned health plan partners, leading regular check‑ins, performance reviews, and status updates.
• Monitor operational performance of client programs, coordinating with Operations, Product, IT, and Finance to resolve issues and meet timelines.
• Identify and implement process improvements, maintain documentation in Confluence, and support cross‑sell and upsell initiatives.
• Analyze program data, prepare monthly reports, quarterly business reviews, and provide actionable insights to enhance member engagement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Data Analytics or related field.
• 1‑3 years of experience in client services, account management or program management, preferably in healthcare or insurance.
• Strong organizational, communication and presentation skills with ability to work independently and in cross‑functional teams.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word).
• Experience with data visualization and reporting tools such as Excel PivotTables, VLOOKUP, Power BI.
• Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence or similar project‑management tools.
