Account Management Representative

About the role

Kaisha Service is looking for an Account Management Representative in Georgetown. The role handles customer inquiries and orders, manages bookings and develops sales contacts with domestic customers. Work is performed under supervision and involves varied tasks with limited responsibility for final decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Contact other company units about design delivery or service matters.
• Manage the booking of the business.
• Process customer inquiries and orders and expedite delivery of products and/or services.
• Acquire new clients through sales, promotions and development.
• Control inventory and schedule shipments.
• Develop sales contacts and perform limited sales functions.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or 2-4 years of industry experience.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook, and internet use.
• Experience with Enterprise 1 Lotus Notes.
• Japanese speaking is preferred but not required.
• Travel of up to 10%.
