Account Executive – Remote (US/Canada)

About the role
We are looking for a high‑energy Account Executive to join a fast‑growing YC‑backed AI platform that empowers scientists worldwide. This fully remote position serves North America and focuses on acquiring new academic and industry logos.
Key responsibilities
- Own the end‑to‑end sales cycle, from outbound prospecting (60‑70% of time) to closing new logos.
- Manage and prioritize your pipeline in the CRM, tracking lead conversion and quota attainment.
- Collaborate daily with a dedicated Business Development Representative, Customer Success, and Marketing teams.
- Become a product expert and articulate the platform’s value to individual scientists, department heads, and C‑level executives.
- Target mid‑market accounts and navigate multi‑stakeholder decision processes.
Required profile
- 2‑5 years of full‑cycle SaaS sales experience as an Account Executive.
- 4‑7 years total experience including SDR/BDR roles, preferably at a startup or growth‑stage company.
- Proven hunter mentality with a strong outbound focus and a track record of meeting or exceeding quota.
- Experience selling to mid‑market, multi‑stakeholder accounts in the academic or technology sectors.
- Comfortable working remotely and managing a territory across the US or Canada.
