Account Executive, Partnerships (French required)

About the role

Odoo is looking for a proactive Account Executive to expand its North America partner network. You will work with warm leads, recruit new organizations, and help partners integrate Odoo’s ERP suite into their service offerings, creating additional revenue streams.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct partnership recruitment using data analytics, CRM scoring, and BANT evaluation.
• Develop revenue‑growth strategies, identify up‑sell and cross‑sell opportunities, and adapt Odoo ERP solutions for clients with Python and SQL.
• Extract and analyze data, create dashboards in Odoo, and report key metrics for managerial decision‑making.
• Achieve monthly sales quotas through accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and timely deal closure.
• Design and negotiate customized implementation packages with prospective partners in a consultative manner.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Fluency in English and French (reading, writing, speaking).
• Strong awareness of software and emerging technologies.
• At least 1 year of B2B sales experience.
• Excellent communication skills and curiosity about business operations.
