Access Reimbursement Manager Operations Lead

About the role

The Access Reimbursement Manager Operations Lead will oversee a national team of Access & Reimbursement Managers (ARMs) to ensure launch readiness and ongoing commercialization for our client. This contracted, field‑based position serves as the primary liaison between the client and the ARM team, driving performance and alignment with access objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop a large ARM team (>10 members), fostering a high‑performing culture and accountability for access‑related goals.
• Own day‑to‑day monitoring of ARM KPIs, including activity, account engagement, barrier trends, CRM utilization, and educational pull‑through.
• Translate performance data into coaching, operational adjustments, and executive‑ready business reviews.
• Collaborate with client Data & Analytics and Market Access leads to refine KPIs.
• Manage operational aspects such as ARM roster, CRM, dashboard reporting, expense tracking, and onboarding logistics.
• Coach ARMs to deliver compliant education on payer coverage, prior authorizations, appeals, specialty pharmacy coordination, and patient support programs.
• Act as a trusted advisor and partner to the client.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading large, field‑based teams in market access or reimbursement.
• Strong ability to monitor and act on KPI data and performance trends.
• Excellent communication skills for executive presentations and client partnership.
• Therapeutic expertise in cardiovascular is a plus.
