340B Director, Client Success

About the role

The 340B Director, Client Success leads Pillr Health’s client engagement for 340B programs, ensuring customers maximize the value of our solutions throughout the entire lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Develop deep relationships with key stakeholders to understand business objectives and program success requirements.
• Deliver measurable business value by reviewing performance metrics and recommending optimization strategies.
• Identify account expansion opportunities, lead renewal negotiations, and drive upselling and cross‑selling.
• Champion client voice internally to influence product development and service enhancements.
• Provide executive business reviews and strategic updates to client leadership.
• Collaborate with sales, product, and support teams to ensure seamless delivery and continuous improvement of client experiences.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, operations or related field (master’s preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in client relationship management, account strategy, or client management within a software delivery model.
• Proven ability to manage enterprise clients and deliver business outcomes through technology.
• Strong business acumen linking software capabilities to client KPIs and strategic goals.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel (V‑Lookup, Pivot Tables, charts, formulas).
• Experience with CRM and analytics tools, especially Salesforce.
