2nd Shift Warehouse Production Planner

About the role

We are looking for a proactive 2nd‑shift Warehouse Production Planner to coordinate the flow of customer orders through our West Memphis facility. The role ensures that inbound, picking, packing and outbound activities are aligned with shipment schedules, using our Blue Yonder Warehouse Management System.

Key responsibilities

• Manage workflow in the Blue Yonder WMS, releasing pick lists according to customer shipment schedules.
• Analyze forecasts and operational data to design efficient work plans across all warehouse departments.
• Communicate material requirements with inbound, picking, packing and outbound teams to guarantee proper staging.
• Maintain detailed performance reports, review deviations daily with supervisors and highlight bottlenecks.
• Apply problem‑solving tools to address process deviations and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Strong organizational and planning abilities.
• Experience working in a warehouse or distribution environment, preferably on a night/second shift.
• Ability to collaborate with multiple departments and follow established operating standards.
• Proactive attitude toward identifying and resolving workflow issues.

Required skills

• Blue Yonder Warehouse Management System (WMS) proficiency.
