Operations Manager – Floor (Fashion & Imports)

About the role

The Operations Manager – Floor leads the day‑to‑day execution of floor operations across fashion, import, jewelry, and returns channels. You will drive performance against production, quality, safety, and logistics goals while fostering a culture of belonging and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with customers, suppliers, and internal teams, both verbally and in writing.
• Implement the business plan for the assigned area to meet facility targets for production, quality, and safety.
• Forecast staffing needs and performance results to align with workload demands.
• Prepare, review, and analyze business reports to identify operational improvements.
• Monitor compliance with logistics, quality, and safety standards, developing and maintaining procedures as needed.
• Resolve associate, customer, and supplier concerns using sound judgment.
• Supervise and develop associates and leaders, providing direction, feedback, and training opportunities.
• Promote Walmart values, integrity, and a regenerative mindset throughout the team.

• Demonstrated experience in managing floor operations within a retail or logistics environment.
