Associate Director, Global Supply Chain Management Business Processes

About the role

The Associate Director of SCM Business Processes will join a small team within the Lucerne Planning Hub, driving key global supply chain and manufacturing processes. This senior position supports inventory planning, production forecasting, and financial budgeting across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as subject‑matter expert for Global Inventory, IQV, LROP, and Production Plan processes, leading training and onboarding.
• Generate and present analytical reports to senior management, collaborating with E2E planners, product leaders, and GLP planners.
• Maintain and enhance IT infrastructure for process execution, and work with finance functions (COSI, FP&A, Treasury) to meet deliverable timelines.
• Support additional processes such as IRL, Qlik reporting, KPI tools, and master data management.
• Identify automation opportunities, drive process improvements, and partner with digital support groups for system design changes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, engineering, computer science or related field.
• Minimum 6 years of supply chain management experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven project‑management and data‑analysis skills with a strong focus on accuracy and data integrity.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and ability to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic setting.

What we offer

• Base salary $129,000 – $203,100 per year, with annual bonus and long‑term incentives.
