Warehouse Production Planner – 1st Shift

About the role

Join Bosch Power Tools' dynamic warehousing operation in West Memphis, AR as a Warehouse Production Planner on the 1st shift. You will coordinate the flow of customer orders, ensuring timely picking, packing, and shipping while collaborating with multiple warehouse functions.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate workflow using the Blue Yonder Warehouse Management System (WMS) and release pick lists according to shipment schedules.
• Analyze forecasts and operational data to design efficient work plans across all warehouse departments.
• Communicate proactively with inbound, picking, packing, and outbound teams to guarantee material availability and proper staging.
• Maintain detailed performance reports, conduct daily reviews with supervisors, and highlight bottlenecks.
• Apply problem‑solving tools to address process deviations and drive continuous improvement.
