About the role

Hikinex is looking for 2nd Shift Production Workers to support food manufacturing operations, handling products such as bacon, hot dogs, sausages, jerky, corn dogs, and frozen appetizers.

Key responsibilities

Operate production and packaging equipment.
Pack, count, inspect, and prepare products according to specifications.
Monitor product quality and identify foreign materials.
Follow safety, GMP, and company policies.
Report equipment, material, or production issues to supervisors.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Rotate between production positions as needed.
Work efficiently in hot and cold temperature conditions.

Required profile

Ability to work in a fast‑paced, repetitive manufacturing environment.
Strong attendance, reliability, and teamwork skills.
Basic communication, reading, writing, and math abilities.
Willingness to complete safety and quality training.
Flexibility to work overtime and weekends when required.
Previous production, manufacturing, food processing, or warehouse experience is preferred.
