WMS Product Analyst – IT Lead

About the role

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a WMS Product Analyst – IT Lead to serve as the technology lead for warehouse management and distribution operations at the Memphis Logistics Center. The role will drive product roadmaps, operational stability and continuous improvement for WMS platforms such as MARC WMS and SAP EWM.

Key responsibilities

• Define and manage the product roadmap for warehouse management and execution capabilities.
• Lead development and delivery of new WMS capabilities, integrations and enhancements using Agile practices.
• Maintain system availability, performance and reliability; lead root‑cause investigations and corrective actions.
• Partner with business stakeholders, engineering, automation and 3PL teams to translate requirements into scalable technology solutions.
• Support digital transformation initiatives including automation, robotics, handheld/RF, and transportation integration.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 + years experience in supply chain technology, warehouse management systems or distribution operations.
• Proven product ownership and business analysis experience, with ability to translate business needs into epics, user stories and functional specifications.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Experience working in regulated environments (FDA, GxP, SOX) and with cybersecurity and compliance standards.
