VP of Global Business Development

About the role

TradingView, the world’s largest financial analysis platform, is seeking a VP of Global Business Development to lead its fast‑growing B2B partnerships division. Based in New York, you will shape the strategy for strategic partnerships and co‑marketing across five global regions, driving revenue and brand expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Own the global growth target, set strategy across Americas, Europe, Middle East, Asia, and East Asia, and deliver against revenue goals.
• Lead five regional leaders and their teams, hiring, developing talent, and ensuring high performance.
• Identify and unlock new revenue streams using existing platform capabilities without waiting for new product development.
• Analyze market conversion gaps, diagnose root causes, and adjust pricing, partner mix, positioning, or go‑to‑market tactics.
• Design equitable incentive systems for diverse economies.
• Negotiate complex, high‑value partnership agreements and structure business cases across Legal, Compliance, Product, and Finance.
• Make data‑driven decisions on market investments, including recommending non‑investment and defending choices to the CEO.
• Maintain operating rhythm: forecasting, pipeline hygiene, reporting, and automation.

Required profile

• 5+ years in business development, partnerships, or commercial leadership with responsibility for revenue across multiple markets.
• 3+ years of experience leading teams and regional managers.
• Proven track record of building and scaling strategic partnerships in the financial or technology sector.
• Strong analytical mindset to diagnose market performance and implement corrective actions.
