About the role

TRS Healthcare is looking for a Registered Nurse specialized in Medical‑Surgical care to join a short‑term travel assignment in Palestine, Texas. This 13‑week assignment begins on June 15, 2026 and offers a competitive weekly stipend of $1,854.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive Med‑Surg nursing care to patients on a 12‑hour night shift schedule.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with hospital policies and regulatory standards.
• Participate in patient education and discharge planning.

Required profile

• Current RN license in Texas (or eligibility for licensure).
• Experience in medical‑surgical nursing preferred.
• Willingness to work 36 hours per week on a 12‑hour night shift.
• Ability to start on the specified start date and complete the 13‑week assignment.
